What Our Gym Offers

Group Training

We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.

Personal Training

You will receive a personally programmed fitness plan to help you develop your goals and a defined path on how to get there. Personal training provides you with one-on-one instruction from one of our highly qualified coaches and is focused on your individual success. Check out personal training for all the following needs: Fitness and health goals, post rehabilitation, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and movement and performance assessment. There are a variety of packages to choose from, from our revolutionary drop-in personal coaching program to full-time coaching.

Online Programming

Bringing sexy back is an online program that allows you to do the workouts anywhere. You will use our FREE app called WODIFY. In WODIFY we post your daily workouts from warm up to cool down. This app also allows you to log and track all your progress.

Nutritional Coaching

The key to body composition and optimal health is diet. Our staff includes a nutrition coach who can educate you on what to eat as well as the appropriate amounts so that you’re fueled properly and get lots of nutrients.

Weightlifting

Our weightlifting programs are designed for each level of Olympic weightlifting athlete, whether you are picking up the barbell for the first time or preparing for a National meet, we have a program for you!
